Title: How TRIM25 regulates cell proliferation and cell survival in prostate cancer.
Description: Recent transcriptomic analysis on the prostate cancer LNCaP cell line revealed the involvement of the E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIM25 in different pathways related to cell proliferation and apoptosis. During his/her internship in our laboratory, the student will use techniques of molecular biology to undercover the molecular mechanisms, through which TRIM25 regulates such cellular functions.
